Hello everyone,
Granada, Sierra Nevada, and Torremolinos Spain with extensions to Barcelona and Lisbon, Portugal what a line-up for a trip! We have a wonderful, exciting adventure awaiting us in March of 2020!
Just an update to let you know we have 23 people signed up for the CSC trip so far. Many are going to Lisbon for the pre-trip and are also going on to Barcelona for the post trip. We have a great group going! If anyone is interested, let me know so I can get the paperwork started. It is important to work quickly because this includes all CSC clubs. Nineteen other clubs are also registering with a combined 100 space limit. At this time there is no availability for the Lisbon Extension but Granada and Barcelona are still available. Don't wait too long or you will miss out on this trip.
Double Occupancy pricing is as follows:

Basic trip to Granada/Sierra Nevada - March 17-25, 2020 $1141

Pre-trip extension to Lisbon – March 14-18, 2020 additional $640 - full

Post – trip extension to Barcelona – March 25-28, 2020 additional $752
These prices do not include airfare or travel insurance that will cover trip cancellation. We have requested group air from Knoxville and estimate a price in the range of $1100 - $1300. The cost of Travel insurance from Travel Protectors depends upon the trip options selected. Purchasing travel insurance can be a big benefit. Many club members have been glad that they had travel insurance when unforeseen events occurred right before some of our trips. Compared to the price of the trip it is a small amount.

Attached you will find the form that must be submitted with your deposit. Please send the completed form, copy of your passport personal information page with 1st deposit ($600.00 basic trip, additional $150.00 for each extension) to:

There are a limited number of spaces for all of the Crescent Ski Council clubs. You are not guaranteed a space until your form, passport page, and 1st deposit is received by Holidaze. Elaine will be responsible for getting this information to Holidaze. Therefore, it is important to respond quickly.

Your passport must be valid for 6 months beyond the end of the trip.

Please pay attention to the second page of the registration form as it has very important information about travel insurance and if you choose to book your own air.

Single rooms are on request only and cannot be guaranteed.
